This website is a record of petrol stations, garages, transport companies, motorcycle shops and coach operators that once operated in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
Selecting one of the four topics (garages,motorcycles,transport and coaches) will take you to another page that has been divided into districts of Birmingham. When information relative to a district is forwarded to me, the district will appear on the page menu.
Pictures tell us a lot, equally important are the first hand experiences that you can recall. What was the name of the proprietor at your local petrol station.? Did you work for one of the now disappeared transport or coach companies? Your photographs and memories are most welcome.
